1. Who We Are
WallaBoost ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered tool that generates optimized product listings for Wallapop sellers. We operate the website wallaboost.eu.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide
- Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it to receive bonus generations. This is optional.
- Product information — what you type into the form (product name, condition, price, details). This is used only to generate your listing and is not stored on our servers.
2.2 Data we collect automatically
- Usage counter — stored in your browser's localStorage to track how many listings you've generated. This stays on your device.
- Language preference — stored in localStorage so we remember your preferred language.
- Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. Retained for 30 days maximum.
2.3 Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies: stripe.com/privacy
3. How We Use Your Data
- Email address: To send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Product information: Sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate your listing. Not stored after generation.
- Server logs: For security, debugging, and preventing abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
- Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your product descriptions to generate listings.
- Stripe — handles all payment processing.
- Vercel — our hosting provider.
- Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's servers.
5. Data Retention
- Product information: Not stored. Processed in real-time and discarded.
- Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs: Maximum 30 days.
- localStorage data: Stored in your browser until you clear it.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@wallaboost.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
WallaBoost does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage only for functional purposes: tracking your generation count and language preference. This data never leaves your device.
8. Children's Privacy
WallaBoost is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of WallaBoost after changes means you accept the updated policy.
